S výstavbou Trnava Shopping Park Centre chcú začať Íri čo najskôr

Pred rokom ohlásila írska nadnárodná developerská spoločnosť Parker Green plánovanú investíciu obchodného centra Trnava Shopping Park Centre a priľahlých hotelových a ubytovacích priestorov v hodnote viac ako tri mi­liardy korún na ploche 13 hektárov.
Hoci predpokladaný začiatok budovania investície, nachádzajúcej sa v dotyku severného obchvatu oproti novo­otvorenému Baumaxu, bol ohlásený na jar 2008, Íri dodnes nemajú vydané platné stavebné povo­lenie. Podľa aktuálnych informácií ihneď po získaní platného stavebného povolenia začne Parker Green so stavebnými prácami.
Projekt írskej spoločností bude realizovaný v dvoch etapách. Celková hodnota investície má dosiahnuť 100 miliónov euro, teda približne 3 miliardy slovenských korún.
„Prvú fázu projektu tvorí 38 – tisíc metrov štvorcových čistej prenajímateľnej plochy pre kľúčového nájomcu a ďalších 120 maloobchodných prevádzok na dvoch poscho­diach. V druhej fáze, ktorá po dokončení prvej etapy priamo nad­viaže na dané územie a bude pevnou súčasťou celého projektu, je naplánovaná výstavba niekoľkých administratívnych a obchodných budov, rovnako aj dvoch hotelov,” povedal pre regionálny týždenník Trnava Dnes zástupca spoločnosti Filip Polomský ešte v novembri 2007.
