Mesto Trnava vyhlasuje súťaž o dotácie z budúcoročného rozpočtu

Mesto Trnava vyhlasuje súťaž o získanie dotácií na rok 2019 z jednotlivých programov budúcoročného rozpočtu mesta. Dotácie môžu byť použité na aktivity a realizáciu projektov vo všetkých oblastiach podporovaných mestskou samosprávou: šport, mládež, výchova a vzdelávanie, záujmová umelecká činnosť a kultúrne aktivity, charita, zdravotne znevýhodnení, zdravie a drogová prevencia, ekológia, životné prostredie, adaptácia na zmeny klímy a prorodinne orientované mesto.

Žiadosti o získanie dotácií je potrebné doručiť do 31. augusta 2018 na vzorových tlačivách na adresu Mesto Trnava, Hlavná 1, 917 71 Trnava.

Doručené žiadosti posúdia príslušné komisie mestského zastupiteľstva, ktoré môžu odporučiť pridelenie finančnej čiastky v rámci návrhu budúcoročného rozpočtu.

Žiadosti odporučené komisiami MZ budú predložené na rokovanie vedeniu mesta pri tvorbe návrhu rozpočtu v jednotlivých programoch mesta. Schválenie celkového návrhu rozpočtu mesta na budúci rok prislúcha mestskému zastupiteľstvu.

Každá žiadosť musí povinne spĺňať kritériá v zmysle Všeobecne záväzného nariadenia č. 482, ktorým sa určuje metodika poskytovania dotácií z rozpočtu mesta Trnavy.

V zmysle tohto VZN môže každý subjekt predložiť v jednom roku maximálne dve žiadosti o dotáciu a ich účel sa nesmie zhodovať. Žiadosti, ktoré nespĺňajú túto podmienku, budú zo súťaže vyradené.

Dotáciu nemôže získať ani žiadateľ, ktorý v predchádzajúcom roku použil poskytnutú dotáciu na iný účel, ako bolo stanovené v zmluve, nepredložil zúčtovanie dotácie v súlade s VZN, alebo nedodržal zmluvné podmienky o poskytnutí dotácie.
